Junior Consultant
Lee has been working in competition law since 2015. His practice focuses predominantly on contentious competition matters, having acted for clients in a number of the CMA’s regulatory cartel investigations, and subsequent appeals before the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
Lee has unique experience acting for class representatives in opt out competition class actions, as well as stand-alone actions before the Tribunal. Lee has advised household names on matters of competition law such as Mitsubishi Motors, Yankee Candle, Swatch, and Addison Lee.
