TupperS Law is delighted to announce the recruitment of the firm’s first Junior Consultant – Lee Chisman. Lee has been working on-and-off with the firm since its engagement on the CMA’s “model agency” investigation in 2016/17 but is now a fully qualified solicitor. Lee’s appointment is proof that the firm is here to stay – what is the point of having successors if there is going to be no succession? – as we continue our journey as a valid cost-effective alternative to mainstream law firms for first-class competition/regulatory support. Lee’s appointment comes at an opportune time with the firm recently being instructed in relation to another CMA investigation – Supply of Demolition Services – demonstrating that the firm’s high-quality specialist competition and regulatory advice is meeting a real market need. This is the fourth CMA investigation for TupperS Law in its 6+ years – not counting its work in the regulated utility space. Once again our thanks go to you, our clients and contacts, for your support down the years. Expect to see more positive notices from us over the coming months.
